I used to despise BBQ sauces, I find them way too sweet for my liking.... that is until I found Mic's Chilli BBQ Sauce! Behold this BBQ beauty with its chirpy chipotles & heavenly habanero chilies. We absolutely adore it in chicken, salmon or pork! It's not overly sweet and it has a good kick to it.
The craziest thing is that Mic's Chilli Sauces are all made in Ireland, in Co. Wicklow to be precise. How crazy is that an Irish dude decided to just start making a range of hick ass sauces with the most wonderfully wacky labels I've ever seen?!
