A slow cooked dish normally made with meat and a very flavoursome sauce, it is incredibly popular to welcome the weekend and turn it into amazing tacos. Its popularity has transcended borders and it's now one of the most requested recipes with us. While a very traditional dish, there is quite a few variations through Mexican regions. Join us for a class where you'll learn all about Birria and the different ways to make it, serve it and enjoy it.
In this workshop, we'll make two different types of Birrias with their own salsas and toppings from scratch, learn about the dish, the techniques and ingredients to make it. Cook one the traditional way and then sit down to enjoy a feast with everything we made!
