This salsa is in my humble opinion absolutely awesome! Spicy, nutty and very lush. It combines De Arbol and Chipotle chillies with tomatoes and peanuts, recreating a very traditional salsa from the northern state of Chihuahua in Mexico. For me, the level of heat is perfect as the heat lingers in your mouth for just the right amount of time. I love it on tacos and in quesadillas, but with a cheeky bowl of tortilla chips is heaven. Perfect for drizzling or to marinate and cook something.
