Truth be told, I am completely addicted to this product. Picture this: smokey chipotles in adobo sauce, crushed and blended with piloncillo (Mexican raw sugar cane), what's not to like?! This bottle of sunshine and happiness, is filled with 220 grams of an amazing sweet and spicy paste that can be added to literally anything.
I'm not going to lie to you and say this is a classic Mexican pantry ingredient coz it's not. Pretty new product in fact, but my friend Alejandra kept going on about them and when I had a chance to taste them, I was completely won over. I keep a bottle in the fridge and use them for cooking and for drizzling over food. Quick fix for bland food if there was ever one.
