This Almond Red Mole Paste from the classic commercial brand Doña Maria is super tasty and quick to make; you just have to put the paste into a blender or food processor, add 1 litre of your prefer stock, we do chicken or duck, and blend until you have a homogenous sauce. Transfer to a sauce pan at medium heat and stirr regularly until you reach the desire consistency for your mole sauce.
