Ok, this sauce is everything I love in a bottle: smokey, sweet and super spicy. La Meridana makes amazing hot sauces and this is no exception, made with organic agave syrup, the level of heat is quite high, don't be fooled by the 'mild' label in the bottle, I got the hiccups when I tasted it first! There sweetness of the agave syrup is lovely, but right behind it, there's a big heat wave in your mouth. Like all great hot sauces, this one is deliciously addictive.
